libexporter-tidy-perl software package provides another way of exporting symbols, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libexporter-tidy-perl
libexporter-tidy-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libexporter-tidy-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libexporter-tidy-perl *
You will get with libexporter-tidy-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
